Rise to Serve focuses on access: free volleyball clinics for under-resourced youth, community meal deliveries, and creative fundraising through stickers
The Team

Patrick Su
Founder, Executive Director & Programs Lead
Patrick founded Rise to Serve with the mission of empowering underserved youth through action-based service. As Executive Director, he leads the organization’s vision, partnerships, and volunteer leadership. As Programs Lead, Patrick personally designs and runs our core initiatives—free volleyball clinics for underprivileged youth, free community meal programs, and art-based fundraising projects that transform creativity into compassion. Through these art-based efforts, Patrick guides students to use their artistic talents as tools for advocacy. Together, they create and sell student-designed stickers and artwork, each inspired by real-world causes from youth mental health to global humanitarian issues. These projects not only raise funds for Rise to Serve’s service programs but also remind young creators that their art can move hearts, spark dialogue, and drive real change.
